We (or our payment partners) may collect transaction metadata required to issue receipts, comply with Indian tax law and maintain audit trails. Card and net-banking credentials are handled only by the payment gateway and are not stored on Apne Sapne Foundation servers.

5. Children's Information

The Foundation works with children from underserved communities. We collect only the minimum information necessary to deliver our programmes, and always with the consent of a parent or legal guardian. We do not knowingly market to, profile, or track children. Any photographs or stories shared publicly are published only with documented consent and in a manner that protects the dignity and safety of the child.
